PISJ was established in 1995. The school follows the British curriculum and offers education from nursery till IGCSE and A levels, with a student body of over 2000. Since the early 2000s many teachers (mostly foreigners) have left the school because of involvement of politics. The school is struggling to improve its A-level academics as it has received criticism from many students and parents.
